MISSION:

To provide a comprehensive structure that encourages free exchange of scholarship, technologies and business development enterprises in nanoscale systems involving teaching, learning, and research with outreach components.

The pathway to the accomplishment of these goals is anchored in introducing the problem-based learning (PBL) methodology in all STEM (Science Technology Engineering and Mathematics) courses at all levels and in a variety of enrichment opportunities. Also cutting edge research and effective faculty professional development are vital components.
